They sent the wrong item even after confirming prior to the purchase the model type I was to receive. They were extremely responsive after being notified and promptly refunded my purchase. Unfortunately the item I was supposed to buy was sold to someone else in the meantime. They kindly allowed me to keep the item they sent in error.

Excellent communication and expedient shipping. The seller contacted me immediately upon purchase and notified me as soon as it was shipped and even included pictures of it being bubble wrapped. Despite an apparent global shipping situation in Japan the seller warned me about my item still arrived within the earliest estimate. Definitely reliable and trustworthy overseas seller. Recommended!
