Package came all damaged, very poorly packaged and the food item contaminated leaking out of the package. There was no such refund or credit issued by seller either.

Hardly 10 grams of chili powder got spilled out of the box but was still inside the courier bag. And if it was contaminated or leaked from the parcel then it would not have passed the customers because US customs are highly strict against these rules. We have done 3 layer packaging & whole product you got is intact and fit to use. We have hardly made 4 USD on 40 USD sale and you want the whole refund. We are not running some charity house here but our services are of best quality !

Never received my order, it was supposed to come over a month ago. Highly disappointed. Will not be making another purchase.

USPS tried to deliver two times but you were not available hence the order coming back to us and we still have not received it back because if we had then we would have refunded you by now. Package is still in USA coming back to us in INDIA . We will refund the order amount once the feedback would be removed because it is unnecessary and we did our best. Provided high quality product at cheapest price possible !
