The goods were sent up to 4 days after payment. It was at the seller's place for 4 days with an assigned shipping number without being physically handed over for shipping. The shipping label was not provided tel. no. addressee. The seller was not willing to provide information on the dimensions of the coat, which was missing from his description. He responded to emails immediately, but without the requested information. The seller deletes negative customer reviews, so he has a high rating 100%

This is not true!! Don't spread false informations. This buyer bought nearly 20 coats from us without paying from deffirent accounts to damage our reputation and status.
The buyer opens a new account everytime. All the measurements of the coats are in the descriptions. We ship our coats within the shipping window of ebay and had never problems with any customers. We reported this buyer to ebay, that's why the highly negative and false reviews are deleted automatically!
