I ordered and paid for 2 mugs they only shipped 1 and they didn't put any padding bubble wrap ect. Got a shattered mug delivered messaged twice no response so I'm disputing the charges with my bank and will go else where.

WOW! We messed up on this - no excuse - have apologised profusely. Things get broken occasionally when shipped halfway round the world. SorryBUT! when buyer says he got no response to two messages, he doesn't say they were both on one day - a public holiday during Xmas! And I saw them later in the day - second one said "will leave bad feedback if you don't reply" but he already had by then! Offered refund or replacement but he insists he's going to his bank! Dear oh dear
