Purchased a scarf for my daughter. Specifically chose seller as what we wanted wasn’t available here. Delivery took a month. All would have been fine if seller sent the actual scarf that they advertised & we wanted. They didn’t. Received a scarf that we could have bought here in store. When I reported this I was told I could return the incorrect item. Of course that would take another month. By the time we received what we paid for, winter would be over. Then communication ended. Disappointing.
