I recently purchased Snake beads from your store, and unfortunately, it turned out to be fake. Despite the description claiming authenticity, the product I received was clearly a knockoff. This is highly disappointing and misleading to customers. I expected better from your reputable store. It's frustrating when seller doesn’t respond to inquiries, especially regarding such significant issues.

this buyer it seems does not appreciate my service I already send him a second pair as gift along with the pair he bought it in order if he does not like the first pair I feel sorry for this buyer it seems he is not a honest buyer want to keep both items without return both items and want refund too.wawww
