Sadly, there was a defect with the pitch control that was not discovered prior to shipping, however, the seller was beyond professional when dealing with this matter and I am 100% satisfied with how the matter was resolved. Ultimately this worked out okay for me. Although the item did arrive damaged. It was damaged in the first place! (see pictures).
