I knew from the picture that the box had a small damaged spot, but I went ahead and purchased them anyway. When the box arrived I could not believe how damaged it was. I went ahead and opened the box thinking the whole time that this could not be brand new. One of the Styrofoam trays the speakers were siting in was broken in about 20 pieces but no damage to either speaker. I set them up, plugged them in and they worked perfectly. All the cables, stands, and Microphone were in the box. Happy!
