Sent wrong arm. Changed listing photos AFTER the sale and sent that arm, claiming I was the one in error. Straightened that out, but they claim now that they DO NOT have the arm I bought. We settled upon me keeping the arm they sent, but I still need a Series II NON-improved. Very frustrating. Buyer beware.

The pictures were definitely not what I received. This is by far, the worst used audio equipment I’ve ever seen on eBay. Hideous and outright dishonest. This seller should be banned from selling on eBay! Buyers should beware of this seller. The pictures of the product he was selling showed original box, open box with all the parts, including the cable, head shell, counterweight, and anti-skating assembly. Even the counter balance was broken! 😡 Ban this seller PLEASE! 🙏🏻
