The product was very clean and there were no traces of the patch. However, since I ordered two items, I would have liked the shipping to be half price.

It was good that the response to questions was quick and the shipping was smooth. However, the answer about the size was inaccurate. Also, the item itself seemed to be new, but it had a patch pedestal and a Canadian flag that was not shown in the photo.
