The seller was quick and efficient. They sent me pictures and updates during shipping, which was nice. They were very careful when shipping me the cassette player. It was packaged really well and it showed up quicker than I thought it would. The only issue I had was that the player was playing a little fast. They were helpful when I sent them a message in regards to this issue. I would definitely recommend this seller if you're looking for a portable cassette player.
