The radio wont transmit at all after several attempts it wont programme at all its useless the seller is a complete waste of space and time keeps stalling and making excuses . The link he keeps sending is nothing to do with the radio or any software related issues save your money dont be scammed buy him going through ebay dispute now he.s at best a lying scammer

We sell many of this radio,all other friends use it well.it need to program it, we are trying our best to solve.but you send us the wrong email ,all the email returned due to the eamil address is not right.so we update it to the cloud,but it just can keep in 24hours duo to the free cloud website.you can download it right away.but you don't do it.after 24hours,you told us no file.we are on ebay more than 17years now.welcome honest buyer,not the cheater
