I'll change my review if something improves, but so far this has been terrible. The last headset being offered is not new. They told me the new one they were going to send me turned out to be broken, but they have a used one to send. It's been 10 days and it still hasn't shipped. They've asked me if they should ship it now three times, and I've said yes all three times. All this while expecting unknown shipping fees. Get the $400 one with twice the storage.

Item is as advertised and is a fair price considering the quality of 3DS among other sellers is generally in horrible condition. The bottom screen is somewhat smudged, but this was shown in the pictures and is only really noticeable if dark and at an extreme angle. Shipped precisely on time, and there was adequate communication. There is no defect in the console's operation.
