I ordered from this vendor because the item was promised by March 9, I contacted the seller on March 11 to see where my package was. I received an immediate reply stating rhe tracking number and I needed to wait. I would be more understanding if the tracking didn’t show the item sat for days at its starting hub and then again when it reached the destination city before being delivered. I contacted the seller again, but they didn’t respond until 2 days later, after item was delivered.
