I purchased a doll head sculpt which arrived missing essential parts. Without those parts , the item is unusable. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, the seller insisted on a return within 7 days without providing a return label, which was not feasible for me due my limited mobility. The seller failed to take responsibility for the missing parts and did not offer a reasonable solution. Very disappointed with the seller and their service.
