There is no sticker inside and the brand wholesaler, SurpassMusica sells hundreds of violins in this price range with similar descriptions, so this is definitely a factory made instrument, not luthier-made as claimed. However the violin looks very nice and sounds great. The bridge is not Aubert, but a cheap Chinese one. The sound is great despite the cheap strings. Antiquing wasn’t overdone. Happy with purchase, highly recommend!
