This book was not in "good" condition. It was filthy with stains and a dark sticky substance on the bottom of the cover that I immediately cleaned off! There are several pages that are torn, bent and written on with both pen and pencil, which I can still see after having erased. Over priced.

Seller misrepresented the item. When I contacted them they were low-key hostile about it and then expected me to spend my own time and money driving across town to ship it back - save yourself the headache and shop elsewhere.
