The seller described the book as good, but book arrived in very poor condition. Upon contacting the seller about this, I received a prompt reply, stating that they were sorry for this issue and would look at their quality control. Also, they processed a refund for me very quickly. So seller showed great communication and honesty, with a willingness to provide a refund as they had described it incorrectly.
