The book delivered was an unexpectedly large hardback that had a very damaged spine and in generally quite poor condition, certainly not "good" as listed I had assumed book would be soft back tough not specified in the description. I provided feedback and some photographic evidence of the poor state of the book.
The seller apologised and issued a full refund that I received a few days later.
