I had to request tracking be supplied to me as at first it wasn't provided and I know even media mail gives tracking. Tracking was provided on 10/22 and that was basically the end. Tracking never moved, item never was given to the USPS. Contacted seller many times and all I was told was to wait 14 days. I waited. No package. Requested refund. I was given refund and that's only why I'm leaving neutral.
