I purchased a radio from this seller... there was a delay with the install because I got a professional to do the install. Upon installing the radio, the radio I purchased was dead as a door knob. I explained that the radio the seller sold me was defective and because we were out of the 30 day return deadline there were absolutely no sympathy on his behalf... no exceptions what so ever. And no way to appeal through ebay... I feel like I was robbed out of $100 dollars from scammers! NEVER AGAIN!

We have a 30 day return policy. Buyer tried to open a return after the return period and was denied. 30 days is more than enough time to evaluate and test any product to make sure it is going to function as needed. Just because you were too busy does not mean we have to extend the returns for you. It is the same for everyone, no exceptions. 30 days is 30 days.
