we state that we will custom make the collar if your kitty is smaller or larger than the normal kitty FREE OF CHARGE but you did not ask for a custom size so we had no way of knowing if the collar would be suitable, I don't understand why you left a neutral rating for something that you have not even used yet??? Our customer support is never ending, we are always here and happy to help our customers no matter what the query may be - :( Poppy x

This has really cut down the number of birds caught but my boy is an absolute monster and still gets a few. He's tolerated it really well though, doesn't seem to get in the way of anything and we take it off when he's in at night. Would recommend and I'll buy again as the ones I bought wear out

5* seller and lovely lady. Fast delivery and well packed. The collar looks fabulous and is definitely helping the birds - I hear the sparrows giving warning calls as the cat walks up the garden! I have bought previously and would definitely buy again.
