Product was shipped internationally in a very prompt timeframe, even a few days earlier than estimated which was a welcome surprise. Seller contacted me with an automated email basically explaining how international shipping worked from Japan to the USA, which was appreciated for maximum clarity. Product had light wear, as is to be expected from buying used device, but was otherwise in perfect working order. I got exactly what I needed at an affordable price. A+ service, would order from again!

The 3ds looked great in the listing pictures, but I was shocked when I got this. I would define this as nearly mint condition, with the picture of some chipped paint near the volume being the worst damage on it. The best part was that the screens have virtually no scraches. The device works perfectly and was packaged well to where I couldn't see it getting damaged in shipping. Did pay for express shipping and it came on the earliest estimated day for delivery. Overall flawless experience.
