Seems WOB have changed their packaging, or at least for CD's to just a brown thin cardboard envelope with no padding. Unfortunately, the CD case was all smashed and cracked upon arrival - but the CD was OK. Given the low price all round, I'm not too fussed, but maybe WOB should go back to padded envelopes.
