I ordered pipes from this guy .I canceled before he could ship he said he could not cancel so I waited two days still didn’t ship so I canceled through eBay and he wanted to just give part of my money back So don’t buy from him thank you

FYI our products are handmade and made by order. we had paid material for making his order, after already and shipping he said cancel suddenly. also we gave refund same as price. we got lost because the item put into death stock. never has customer like this before.
