excellent product and in fantastic condition as described. very fast shipping and extremely well packaged for an international order. just a little FYI... it took a while for my PC to recognise the device due to old drivers (ie: age of ipod is quite old). I had to go find the correct driver as Windows could not do this automatically for some reason. but once this was sorted it has worked out just fine. many thanks!

The item shipped quickly, came on time, and worked great for the first couple of days. Something went wrong, and it's no longer functional, but after reaching out I got an immediate response offering a refund. Despite my purchase being faulty, the customer service absolutely makes up for it. 10/10
