I purchased 2 motherboards for parts not working, with io shields as stated in the ad. I received 1 motherboard with no io shield, the order came incomplete minus 1 motherboard and 2 io shields. I contacted the seller and they did absolutely nothing, except to state that no motherboards come with io shields despite me sending them a screenshot of the ad where it clearly states " comes with io shield" also no reply regarding the missing motherboard and presumably its missing io shield.
