However, it has a large chip on the bottom of the spout and none of the pictures even showed the spout from the front let alone the bottom of the spout. I am very careful to review my items before shipping them & I did not see the chip. That being said, I am human & could have missed it & I did apologize. I choose not to offer a discount, instead offered a full refund with return, because you threatened me with negative feedback before I could do so. I wish we could have been able to worked together for a better outcome. I wish you the best.
