This was one of the best buying experiences I've had on eBay in a long time! Kahou was very friendly and replied to me quick1y, despite us being in drastically different time zones. They followed up with me multiple times.
They also shipped my order with express shipping, so it arrived in only two days, which is not bad considering how far it had to go.
As for the hankos, they're beautiful! They look exactly like the photos, and they have beautiful art on them. I especially like the carved one!
