Aufgrund einer Reklamation schickte der Kundensupport mir die Ware noch einmal, weil die erste Lieferung zerstört ankam. Trotzdem lernt das Unternehmen nicht und schickte die Ware nochmal mit genauso wenig Füllstoff wie beim ersten mal und deklarierte es nicht als DHL Paket. Das Unternehmen lernt nicht trotz telefonischer Rücksprache und erneutem Versand. Unzureichende Verpackung. Zerstört gelieferte Ware. Ich benötige als Lieferung ein großes DHL Paket mit sehr viel Füllstoff!
