There was not much information in the book. A lot of the same sentence was used twice in each category, some sentences ended in the middle without an end. Some headings were in bold, others so light I couldn't ready the title. No mention that you can keep the tubers in the ground and harvest what you need during the winter months, no mention of collecting the seeds for future crops. I really didn't gain much information that would help me make this tuber a valuable cash crop. Sorry.
