Disappointment for both me and the seller that the rather fragile model arrived damaged, despite being very well packaged. Customer service was excellent - accepted the situation and authorised a return immediately. And were prompt to process a refund. The damage was not the seller's fault and, with such co-operative customer service, I would have no hesitation in buying from them again. Recommended.
