I purchased a book from this seller, shortly afterwards I realized that I had already purchased that book, I tried to cancel the order but wasn't able too, I contacted the seller and asked if they would cancel it, they sent a message back saying they were unable too. I noticed on my Ebay app that the book wasn't even shipped until two days after my purchase, they let me know I could return the item, when I tried to do a return, I got a message telling me that the item could not be returned.
