when we received it the bottom of it had not been cushioned when packed and it was broke. It could of been slammed down when it was shipped and broke. To replace that part of it new it would of cost about $400. Luckily the one on our old one was o.k., but it was quite more time consuming for him to do it. just letting it known breakable items should be packaged better.
