Absolutely faultless! Fast delivery, excellent packaging, item as described but strictly speaking should be "new other", not quite "brand new" as the drive had 8 hours head flying time and 20 powerups. Not a problem. So good I bought another! Thank you for superb service, highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Order processed quickly. Received the item the next day. Product is as described although 1 HDD was faulty and didn't works, the seller replace one the next day. The quality is expected for used enterprise HDD. Would definitely recommend.
