I am very upset to see this negative feedback on our page. This is not a true reflection of our business at all and a very unfair review. Contacting us over 60 DAYS after the item was posted on a 48 hour delivery domestically is not acceptable. We would have been happy to delay postage if required. You provided an incorrect address and then eBay closed your case in our favour as it was over the 30 day guarantee. To then leave negative feedback after loosing the case is not how business is done.
