I ordered 2 coats one black one khaki. The seller sent 1 blue coat. Despite repeated requests I have not been given return or refund instructions. I am now keeping the blue coat as I don't trust the seller to return/refund. I am requesting eBay's help in obtaining a refund for the 2nd coat which wasn't even delivered.
