Product was well packaged. I discovered a problem with the lens after running some test shots. The seller was understanding an issued a refund of my expenses. It’s always disappointing when that happens but the seller was gracious and took care of the problem almost immediately. Very pleased with the transaction.

The seller writes good English so don't be worried on that account. This was my first purchase from Japan (to here in UK) and it was very straightforward. VAT was deducted at the correct 20% by the seller and 3 days after I ordered the item arrived via DHL. Sure the cost for this service is not cheap but there's stuff on sale in Japan you just can't find elsewhere.
