I bought a 20mm oyster steinless steel bracelet and I received a 19 mm one.
I sent a complaint email and the seller asked me for pictures with the measurements of the bracelet...
and I sent them.
Then he didn't answer anymore.
I sent him several emails asking for a solution and he still hasn't responded.
