The seller takes time to answer all of your questions. Sounds like a very nice person to me. It is the first day that I have worn the necklace so I can't say if it works or not but I got a neat guide, a neat necklace and a neat pocket to put the necklace into it from the seller which is admiring.... She shipped the item the day I bought it. So my first impression of this seller is positive. Thank you... By the way, I had to pay extra import costs in the Netherlands, there must be some reason...
