Item never arrived, seller didn’t follow through, EBay wouldn’t refund so I’ve gone to Pay Pal for a refund. Would not purchase from this seller again, blames EBay and Sendle but has had this issue previously looking at other reviews

Kate , this simply isn’t true , I contacted you and told you your order was running late and that I had launched an investigation . There is several emails from me regarding this lost item
Which had nothing to do with meThe item was never cancelled , it was lost . I’m happy to share the emails . I’m sorry I haven’t been contactable the last few days , that’s due to me being at work and also my phone being updated . Apart from those days you never had a problem with our communication.

My phone has been unuseable and I’ve been waiting on my new one to arrive . I have done nothing wrong . I can’t see how or why I have negative against me . The lady purchased the item , the lady cancelled the item . I had nothing to do with it . Why am I copping a negative mark
