    I ordered two pairs of what I thought were real spider brand gloves for my children for skiing. Turns out they were not. As soon as I received them I realized the material was all wrong, and the stitching was coming apart. I was in a time crunch and we were already heading to a skiing trip. Within the first twenty minutes both of my kids hands were freezing, the gloves soaked up the snow and did not stay dry at all. This was a big disappointment and I was stuck buying very expensive gloves.

    Dear Customer, First of all, thanks for your order. I am sorry to hear what happened when you went skiing. But I'd like to clarify something very important. (1) These gloves are REAL, AUTHENTIC, Spyder gloves. We have proof documents. (2) The two pairs of gloves you bought are NOT ski gloves. They are regular all wheather gloves. You can find ski gloves in my other listings. Since they are NOT ski gloves, the functions/features should not be expected for these glvoes you bought.
