Have not received order and still have no delivery date  item was supposedly shipped over 10 days ago  and have not received any emails

Hello .
Most likely the Buyer did not see that the products were being shipped from Ukraine. and didn t look at the delivery date and that s why he s upset. Although it is indicated in my description that delivery takes about 30 days, it is also indicated in the ad, the delivery dates are approximate. The buyer left me negative feedback 12 days after purchase.
I think this is very unfair.
