Product took almost a month to show it arrived with tracking number and then surprisingly needs a signature in order to receive it when the description never states so. Now the item is stuck at the post office and I won’t be able to get it since I have no time with work. Very frustrating experience.

Good morning Sir, the signature when collecting the package is not part of my responsibility, but it depends on the type of shipment and the courier, especially if it does not come from the same state as the orderer and has to cross different continents, states and customs.
