I was missing 11 pieces from the build when I arrived, including vital pieces that prevented me from finishing the build. Seller was contacted and said he would ship them out. This never happened when stated, twice. After the intial request, I was surprised because I am very thorough with my inventories for sets. I did agree to ship them out. Then I looked up the pieces he said were "missing". These were the EXTRA pieces that Lego included in case you lost one. AND they were specifically stated in the listing as not being included because they were EXTRA. Anyone who knows Lego knows this and that they're just extras. I did my best to inform the buyer but they would not listen.
