Unfortunately you didn't make us aware you had not received the item until 2 days after, albeit we shipped this the next day, and sadly Yodel let us both down delaying the delivery, which we reacted to as soon as you made us aware, and as we explained to you, once we were able to cancel the delivery to you, and the item was being return to us (As you informed us you brought another charger...) We followed the ebay policy's and issued you a full refund, whilst messaging you to keep you updated.
