I purchased a UK 5.5. Received a UK 6.5. I notified the seller, and was offered a discount. I told them I would like the correct item to be sent or a refund. To no avail. When I started a return, I selected the option " the item does not fit". Unfortunately that selection means that I am liable for the postage again! all the way back to China. If I said the item was defective the seller would be responsible. No thanks to Ebay who would not intervene even though they could see all correspondence!
