I have been asked by the seller to revise my negative feedback before they would refund my payment.
I had to go through eBay for a refund.
The photos were not very good quality and were of very low resolution and clearly downloaded from the internet by someone.
The seller tells me that they bought them from the States like this so I will not blame the seller I bought them from but they should have realised that they were very poor quality before they listed themselves.

I have changed it to neutral as the seller assured me he didn t download them from the net and that the seller bought them from the state s like this.
The quality of the photos were very poor and were clearly downloaded by someone.
