Device failed to install. The driver repeats the same prompt, "Insert the Wireless Adapter into your computer. Click OK to continue." I did just that, but no luck. I have tried on two Windows 7 laptops, all got stuck at the same point. The seller made return very difficult. The return label they provide is too small for USPS scanner to scan. It is no use to me, good for trash. And my request to return has been marked as being "fraudulent". Very frustrated.
