Delivery never arrived. Seller totally ignored multiple requests for updates and assistance. Seller's published telephone number is, funnily enough, 'out of order'. Avoid this one! (thanks to eBay though for stepping in and organising a refund)

Ordered the item, 2 weeks later item not arrived. Messaged asking for an update, message ignored. Week 3 messaged again, no reply. Awful customer service and my advice is to stay well clear of this company. I have a upset child not getting her item for world book day...
